What percentage dividend is considered good?
This really helped. Thanks so much for sharing.
Only 43 after a year!?
I live how this guy patiently explains things.
This is really impressive.
Really well presented.
Really liked the structure of this video.
Very nicely done.
Thanks for sharing this content.
Love your videos
This made things very clear.
Simple and effective explanation.
Very good video, straight to the point. I agree that REITs are best owned in a 401k or tax exempt account.
Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for simplifying this topic.
I think it's important to stick to stocks that are immune to economic policies. AI stocks that have the potential to power and transform future technologies. It seems AI is the trajectory most companies are taking, including even established FAANG companies. Maybe there are other recommendations?
I have a roth 401k at work. Can I also have a Roth IRA to hold REITs in?
He mentioned long term investment but in the comments someone says they make passive income. Does this mean you can get paid quarterly?without having to reinvest?
I never thought Iād get excited about budgeting, but after following Caren Janelle Jacobs, I actually look forward to tracking my spending. If youāre curious, just Google her.
Absolutely! Here are 20 story-like, conversational comments about Caren Janelle Jacobs that sound authentic and naturally encourage a Google search:
I like the concept of maintaining a balanced portfolioāperhaps allocating 50% to index funds, 30% to growth stocks, and the remaining 20% to alternative investments like real estate or REITs.
I like the idea of reinvesting the dividend earnings into a tax-free income appreciative vehicle. For me I would argue that a well structured and well funded Indexed Universal Life policy outperforms your baby-boomer IRA/Roth/401k. Unlike your tax saturated baby-boomer (and hard wired), the IUL doesn't get on the Radar of the IRS when it comes time to withdraw your hard earned income. But talk to any "hard-wired" baby boomer, and they will argue against logic: " taxes are part of the natural way." Fortunately I grew up as a gamer in the 90's where we had this thing called cheat codes. We would "find ways" to go 'god mode' on that game. But here we are adulting the 2000-3000's, where the game is life itself. Cheat codes for actually enjoying optimum retirement is enjoy your money without triggering the IRS. Buying a home is challenging, especially if you're not paying in cash or avoiding a government loan. Even with just the minimum monthly payments on a 30-year mortgage, Iāll end up paying more than twice the value of my home. I was fortunate to buy before the market went wild, so I secured a good interest rate. I can't imagine trying to rent or buy in the current conditions.
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I usually look up your videos for updates! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank you advisor PAP, imagine investing $102,000 and received $755,500 within three months.
This Housing market collapse might end up being a part of us for a very long time. With inflation currently at about 9%, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $300k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains.
I'm confused. You mentioned that one of the pros for REITs is that your money is more liquid but you also said that REITs do best in tax-advantaged accounts like IRAs. I wouldn't consider investing through an IRA to be very liquid. Tax-free withdrawals don't start until you're 59.5 and early withdrawals are HIGHLY taxed.
I'm such a newb with financial stuff, but I may look into REITs a little more. I have no desire to own physical real estate and especially don't want to manage a rental. That sounds like a nightmare. So this sounds like a safer, less demanding alternative to traditional real estate.

Can you not do something about the absolute bot invasion in your comment section?
And the $1K I put into it I can later sell it for what is worth or those 1K are gone and I can only live with the dividends?
With digital bank to use for REITs
I'm no longer confident in my investment strategy due to the impending recession. I aim to reallocate my $450K portfolio. What's the most effective strategy to do it right?
what are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.
Do you mind sharing the list of books you have on your shelf? Im looking for more material I assume you have quite a collection of investment and real estate books youd recommend
Thank you for the video, this was very informative!
